A deposit of €300.00 secures an order and an estimated delivery date. The balance is due upon completion of the instrument and before delivery. Should an instrument prove unsuitable, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Payment, less an allowance for shipping, will be quickly refunded including the €300.00 deposit. To receive a refund, the guitar must be completed and delivered for your evaluation. Guitars with unusual custom work require 50% payment to start construction and balance upon completion. No refund.
If the order is canceled before the guitar is finished and delivered, the €300.00 deposit is not refundable.
